I'm  trying to get xinerama to work on my GeForce-4 card
to which is connected a CRT and a Digital Flat Panel (via the  DVI port).

When I `startx' the window manager (KDE) starts on the CRT but
nothing happens on the DVI device.  Note that I have gotten
TwinView to work correctly.  But I wanted to play with "pure"
Xinerama.  What am I doing wrong?

Below is my XF86Config file and the logfile.

In the logfile I see:

(WW) NVIDIA(0): Multiple displays connected, but only one display allowed;
(WW) NVIDIA(0):      using boot display

but I don't understand why I should be getting this.
