Is this the Quadro4 NVS you are trying to set up? Only the first
head is going to work on any of the multihead cards if you are using
the "nv" driver. Under Linux with the "nvidia" driver all the heads
will work. We got an 8 headed (2 Quad head Quadro4 NVS) system
working in the lab with the 2960 drivers. 4 Quad head cards (16 heads)
will work in the next release.
