Perhaps this bit of your logs is relevant:
(WW) I810(0): Bad V_BIOS checksum
Could there be something dodgy in the underlying system?
Are there any system diags you can run? Could it need a BIOS
upgrade/reflash? Is this machine known to work with any other, er,
"operating systems"?
