I am trying to get a dual serial/PCI card to work. The best I can get is that the system receives the data about 2 seconds after it arrives at the port, and 10 seconds after the app sends data, it gets to the port, and in bursts of 16 bytes with a gap of another 10s. Any flashes of brilliance out there ?. Preferably not just 'buy a decent card', which might just be justified. It is an MRi PCIDS. The only one locally available.
