With Redhat 7.3 you get vesa driver in it.With Intel 845GL chipset you can 
get 1024 X 768 resolution but if you close the xserver & go to text mode & 
again switch to xserver the screen is blank & to restore the text mode it is 
needed to kill xserver.To work it properly again the computer needs to be 
rebooted.So I think for 845GL chipset we have to wait until xfree86 4.3 is 
out.
