Unlikely.
The "nv" driver should work fine as either primary or secondary.
I'm not sure about the others (wouldn't be surprised if they didn't
work well as secondary cards). If you have an option in the
motherboard bios to switch which card (AGP vs PCI) is primary, you
may want to try making one of the other cards primary instead.
If the other cards work fine alone, they will likely work fine
if they are the primary card in a multihead configuration.
