Sorry about that previous broken mail. Anyhow, I've got the latest CVS checkout and now I find that I can't change the font for the digital display of XClock. I've used XClock on oodles of X11 installations for a long long LONG time with a particular group of resource settings including using Lucidatypewriter font in skyblue with a black background. Now it's coming up in some random font whose name I don't know (but it's certainly not LT) and whenever a window is exposed over the XClock window the black background is replaced by the background and frame of the superexposed window. The rectangle where the text is printed retains its black background.
The clock itself still functions fine, but it's as though the background part of the XClock window isn't receiving exposure events, and that it's not accepting the font resource or Xt font command line. Does anyone else have a similar problem? Or am I the only one? Is this perhaps a library issue? Thanks 'james -- James A. Crippen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ,-./-.
