Well take a search engine and search for vgatv and linux and you will get a set of modelines and schematics to use any VGA-card for use with TVs. The quality is a _lot_ better than anything you get with normal TV-outs on cards. You will not be able to get a completely standard signal, but it's OK, and the quality is great.
