Nope, nothing like that.

I did so, and commented out the only one on the list (that was already in
XF86Config) that wasn't in /etc/X11/fs/config, which was
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/local/.

Hehe, I don't even HAVE a TrueType line.  My fonts don't look funny to ME! ;)
