I'll assume you've read my cursory comment about this in xfree86.cf (around line 487). But that's not the whole story. While I agree the i810 driver is not particularly relevent to this architecture, I do feel it is important that this driver at least compile cleanly (which it does for me). This, not so much as a measure of its portability, but as an aid in eventually exorcising all architecture and OS concerns from the driver API/ABI. Besides, I see no complaint here about the other drivers that are in the same boat (e.g. newport, i740, etc).
