I'm trying to get X (with xinerama) to work with two Voodoo 3 2000
cards. Everything's fine with the primary card, but nothing seems to
happen with the second. If I make an XF86Config with `XFree86
-configure` it picks up both cards, but doesn't pick up the monitor's
values, which it does if I swap the monitors over.

Also when I run X with the config it all seems fine - there are no error
messages, however I don't get the card's BIOS appearing, in fact the
screen remains in it's stand-by mode. I can however move the mouse over
into where the second half of the desktop should be, but it won't come
back.

I'm at a loss. The best I can come up with is that the second card isn't
softbooting properly, although it says it is in the log:

(II) TDFX(1): Softbooting the board (through the int10 interface).
(==) TDFX(1): Write-combining range (0xa0000,0x20000) was already clear
(II) TDFX(1): Softbooting the board succeeded.

Are there known issues with Voodoo's and softbooting? Or could it be
something else?
