I believe RedHat has the kernel headers package which should work, and may or 
may not work, although usually it does.

rpm -qa |grep kernel-headers

I would make sure they're installed first, if not that could be the first 
reason it's failing. If they are, it's possible that they're linked 
incorrectly,and I would either reinstall them,or install the kernel-source 
rpm and rebuild.
