I fixed it, miraculously. The now working XF86Config-4 is attached. It
is configured for Xinerama dual-head with ATIs Radeon Mobility like
Dell ships with the Latitudes. Have fun, and sorry for the crosspost.

I would be interested if someone spots the error.
