Hello,
I have the following problem with X running on red hat linux. If I do not
connect a mouse and keyboard at start up, X starts up fine but then when I
connect a mouse and keyboard, I am not able to go to the text login prompt
by pressing ctrl+alt+F1 ... X seems to freeze ... How do I prevent this from
happening? I tried the allowMouseOpenFail option in the file
/etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf in the [servers] section ... that didnt seem to help
...
