Not exactly.  The Voodoo3 doesn't support Hue, Saturation,
and Contrast controls.  Most other modern video cards do,
but not the Voodoo3.

It works for me.  Like you, I have a Voodoo3 3000 AGP.
I'm running XFree86 4.1 though.

Are you running your Voodoo3 in a 16-bits-per-pixel mode?
Most of the Voodoo3 acceleration features only work when
the depth is 16 planes, and I think that includes XVideo.
