It is may understanding that Xkb is used to redefine what happens when a Keyboard key is pressed. It can even cause a mouse event to happen. This is used by AccessX for accessibility.
I believe that Xkb "hooks" keyboard events and can emits mouse events. But it does not "hook" mouse events. Is that correct? What would be the code in what files to cause a keyboard key to simulate the locking down of a mouse key? If when the key is pressed again, the mouse key is unlocked?
