I have one of these motherboards (Ali Aladdin7 chipset).. There is no
specific ArtX driver to XFree, as there are no docs for it. The "vesa"
driver should work just fine though. ArtX is now owned by ATI... i don't
suppose the ATI folks would be willing to release the docs to this very
old (1998?) chipset? I'd be willing to take a stab at a 2D and 3D
DRI driver. I'd even be willing to pursue ATI about it, if i knew docs
even still existed.
Or, if you have the option, do what I did... get another video card ;)
