Yes, AFAICT it will work. That card, according to <a href=http://www.google.com>google</a>, uses a 3dfx Voodoo Banshee chipset - so, if you're editing your XF86Config-4, then 'driver "tdfx"' is what you're looking for.
If you're using a GUI configurator, it's a Voodoo Banshee or Voodoo3. That's oversimplifying a bit, but it's close enough. Getting 3d acceleration working will be fugly (is GLIDE even available anymore?), but 2d should be trivial. Failing that, try configuring it as a VESA 2.0 card, but try the Voodoo Banshee/Voodoo3 first, it's FAR faster.
