Carla, Another point to consider is the possibility that prolyl cis/trans isomerization has introduced some heterogeneity that your RDCs are reporting.
I think before you change your target parameters (in terms of target bond angles for a trans-proline conformation) you should consider this possibility. Usually only one proline conformation is sampled and it reflects the initial coordinates. Good luck, Ryan
