Hi,

The format for the gaussians in the dna_gaussians.tbl file is

height xcen xwidth ycen ywidth zcen zwidth baseline

The last column was an experiment I made in fitting the raw 
surfaces--it's
a constant value that's added everywhere.  As you can see from the 
values,
it's not terribly important, and I rarely bother with it now for 
fitting.
