When I try to run pipp2marvin.tcl ( xplor-nih-2.9.5/eginput/marvin/cvn/) according to the README file under that directory , it raise an error "invalid command name 'readPippFile'". There is not problem when I running make_random_struct.tcl and check_talos_predictions.tcl. Do you have any idea why it gives me such an error? I am looking forward to your reply. Thanks a lot!
