Dear sir,
I have installed the xpolr-nih-2.9.7 linux binary version. I
did the following:
1.I have downloaded from http://nmr.cit.nih.gov/xplor-nih and saved the gz
file in opt directory.
2.Next using gunzip command and tar -xvf command I have unzipped and
untarred the gz file. It creates xplor-nih-2.9.7 directory.
3.As one of the installation commands for symbolic link is:ln -s
/opt/xplor-nih-VERSION/bin/xplor /usr/local/bin/xplor.
So, I had to install this in root directory. Now, If I login in my
account opt directory does not allow some operations like
creating/copying file or subdirectory.
Second: There is no toppar subdirectory in opt/xplor-?? directory. Should
I have to create this subdirectory?
It would be very kind of you if you drop some lines regarding the above
queries.
