Hi All- Does anyone know of a program or script that will take XPLOR/CNS formatted NOE tables as input and output a PS/EPS figure (or text file that could be used in a program such as ESPRIPT or ALSCRIPT) to display secondary structure patterns as shown in Figure 8 (on Page 133) in the following paper:
