Dear xplor-nih users, I am trying to use marvin in xplor-nih-2.14 to generate restraints for a small alpha helical protein. When running the sa_pass1.tcl script, the following error is obtained:
TCL>set talos [create_XplorPot CDIH] No matching function for overloaded 'new_XplorPot' The same error is obtained with the sample il4 data set. I did not see this error in version 2.13; does anyone have an explanation of what might be causing the problem?
