[Xplor-nih] error using SAXS potential

Hi
We are getting an error messages like the following, after setting up  
X-plor for refinement of an RNA molecule against SAXS data.

atid          499  resid           15 :too many atoms/aa

X-plor then crashes

Any idea what this message means?
