Dear Xplor-nih users,

I am trying to instal xplor-nih on SUN.
I use the 64bit linux binary: "xplor-nih-2.18-Linux_2.4_ia64.tar.gz".
I have unpacked this binary and the corresponding db into the
/home1/jakob/xplor-nih-2.18 dir. The SUN operative system is a
cluster-computer using the CentOS 4.3 version of OS.

When I am running the
configure script I get the folowwing error message:
./configure: line 46: xplor: command not found
line 46 of "configure" says:
eval `bin/xplor -sh-env`"

What goes wrong? I have tried adding a "CentOS_4.3" keyword to the SUN
list in the arch/equivList file - the problem still persists.
Do I use the appropriate binary? I notice there is a SUN binary for
version 2.13 but I prefer the newer version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,

Jakob
