Hi, All,

I am trying to get the distance restraints from ROESY measurement for
xplor-nih, but I have question about how the calibration (binning) of the
distances should be carried out. Do I follow the same calibration techniques as
in NOESY? Or a different set of calibration should be performed?

    Distance binning: (intensities)
     0 - 20% very weak 1.8 - 6.0 A
    20 - 50% weak 1.8 - 5.0 A
    50 - 80% medium 1.8 - 3.3 A
    80 - 100% strong 1.8 - 2.7 A

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
Sam
