I don't know what you plan on using Xplor-NIH for, but for many tasks
the Python interface is preferred. A tutorial can be found here
http://nmr.cit.nih.gov/xplor-nih/doc/current/python/tut.pdf
and examples can be found in the subdirectories under eginput in the
Xplor-NIH distribution. In particular, examples of psf and pdb
generation can be found in eginput/PSF_generation.
