Dear all, I am trying to attach a PROXYL tag to a cysteine in my protein using buildtag.py. The script works great for adding the MTSL tag that comes standard with the xplor download but I would like to modify it for my tag. Has anyone generated the parameter and topology files for this tag before? I tried using an online tool to generate these files but the syntax is different. Any advice would be much appreciated.
