Hi , I have a question about how to convert the amber restraints files to xplor format files. I had download the experimental data from the BMRB database, and they are almost all amber format. I tried to use the ccpnmr (FormatConverter) to deal with them, but I failed. The FC couldn't import the restraints files. I tried several times, but couldn't solve the problems. It made me very upset. I was wondering if there are scripts in to produce these tbl files for my noe and dihedral_angle data...I only need these two tbl files. But it had took me a loog time to handle it.
