Hi There, I am attempting to follow the examples from the PRE_DISTRIBUTE example files and am stuck when running the input file, geneTotal1.inp contained within the following directory: PRE_DISTRIBUTE/1_SetupALTs/Inputs
The problem seems to be related to the following two coordinate files: PRE_DISTRIBUTE/1_SetupALTs/Structures/conjugate_2.pdb PRE_DISTRIBUTE/1_SetupALTs/Structures/clockAtoms.pdb To the best of my knowledge these files are no where to be found within the PRE_DISTRIBUTE directories.
