Ok, so the issue is resolved?  Can you give more specifics to cure my curiosity?

Which is element 17 in the list?

Is that directory missing a fonts.dir?

That message just indicates that kevent() returned EINTR.  This is harmless; 
just ignore it.  I believe Lion's libdispatch no longer prints that message.
