Jeremy, I have... % defaults read org.macosforge.xquartz.X11 SUFeedURL http://static.macosforge.org/xquartz/downloads/sparkle/beta.xml on both machines, which was what you previously said to use. If previously designated SUFeedURL addreses have been deprecated, XQuartz really should be checking for those and resetting them to the current valid beta SUFeedURL.
