I recognize that XRDP is a server that allows a Linux system to present
login services to a LAN connected PC running MS's RDP.
This is one of the greatest ideas I seen put into service in the past 10
years that RDP has been around. I, for one, am grateful to your work thus
far.
I hope this is NOT THE END OF THE ROAD FOR THIS PACKAGE.
As you know, MS's RDP does SO MUCH MORE. Those same features ARE SORELY
NEEDED in the remoter desktop services for Linux users, as well. Namely
access to unite the viewer with his viewed system so that he can use his
session to:
1. see and hear Multimedia content
2. print to the viewer's local printer
3. exchange files
4. use USB resources
My questions:
- Are these in the in-plan?
- Can we expect something in these areas in 2010?
Thanks in advance
