This had no effect. I checked out the sources, compiled them, installed them,
then restarted the machine. I receive the same error message ("Because of a
protocol error this session will be disconnected") at the same point.
There don't appear to be any log entries anywhere in /var/log. I did configure
with --enable-debug, but it seems to be of no use.
How can I troubleshoot this, please?
