Hi Rich, et al... Although a lot of this thread is common with my symptoms, it differs in that I get a "Connection failed" every time. But willing to to try anything, I had a go at adding your patch. Unfortunately, it made no difference for me. Ho hum... It seems that the client can login. The startwm.sh kicks of and starts my KDE session which runs all on its own with no output path back to the client. I am guessing, because: xrdp-sesman can not join up the two pid? Hoping that a solution pops up soon...
