What keyboard layout do your windows PC have?
It seems xrdp is not finding the keyboard configuration files for the PC
locale. Probably forcing the en_US keyboard layout should fix that.

BTW: imho it would be nice to have xrdp drop to a default layout if it
does not find the correct one. In alternative it should report this to
the user (a message to the client I mean).
