Hello,
I am using an Ubuntu Maverick 32 desktop image running in a virtual machine
as a terminal server to allow my clients a secure way to browse the web. If
they browse using their windows workstations, they are highly locked down
and many sites do not work through our tight security settings. As a
concession we are using this linux machine as a terminal server for browsing
the web that bypasses most of our security.
The Ubuntu virtual machine is running xrdp right out of the maverick
repository which is currently 0.5.0~20100303cvs-4. But I am running into a
bad interaction when using xrdp with likewise-open.
Likewise-open adds the ability for me to authenticate users on the linux
machine with users active directory/windows username and passwords.
The problem that I am running into is that the first sign on into xrdp for
windows domain users always fails. All sign ons after that point works fine.
All sign ons for local users always work fine.
Please let me know if you need any more information or if you know how I can
resolve the issue.
