Yes, latest git version seems to have clipboard working.

You must have a vnc server installed. Each time you start a session,
xrdp runs a new vnc istance.

This is a very old version, it is better to recompile it from git:
git://xrdp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/xrdp/xrdp (read-only)
