You should modify your TS client in order to send user and password.
You don't need to change anything on xrdp.

It is possible writing a simple shell/perl script. But when a client
got disconnected you will loose the session; it will restart a new one
on reconnection. If you don't like this behaviour you need to uniquely
identify a session (for example using a serial number in some TS field
(in a project I have used the directory filed as unique ID)).
