Actually, I have this 90% done using the randr X extension. It re sizes the Xserver to match the client. You must use X11rdp as the Xserver for this to work. I don't know if any Xvnc server allows re sizing. Thanks to http://angulosolido.pt/ for providing the funding to make this happen. More news on this to follow.
