You should be able to run multiple desktops as long as the user names
are different.
>From your log I can't see what display the first user, user1 got.  It
user1 got 10 and user2 got ten, that seems like a bug in the system.
Where did you get xrdp from?  git or package.
I assume you built X11rdp separately from the subversion repo.
