Even with  administrative rights, you may have  missing features because
you are not  a local user.  You can  check this with "ck-list-sessions",
you will get  "is-local = FALSE" and this will  deny some rights handled
by PolicyKit.   If you want to change  this, you need to  look at rights
defined in  /etc/polkit-1 and in /usr/share/polkit-1.  Usually, there is
an alternative way  to get those rights, for example  being in a special
group like "netdev".
