Hi,
sesman.ini seems ok

You should try to see if child processes spawns correctly. Normally
xrdp-sesman will run Xvnc and startwm.sh and xrdp-sesvc.
Try to see which processes remain active and which are dying.

Another way to get informations is:
run: "xrdp-sesman --nodaemon" and see what's is actually happening.
