Strange workaround
I used a modification in the startwm.sh script, which load the french keymap
with:
        setxkbmap fr

I think that both workaround aren't the best

Just a thought...
The login screen is either running as nobody or an offshoot of root, while
once you're logged in you're using your own keymap. Is root/nobody using a
different keymap than you? (The difference between the two might hint at a
solution for you.)

Hello,

I have a problem with XRDP on CentOS 6.3. My "Alt Gr" doesn't work well.
My AltGr key is Ok on the login screen, but into a desktop session, it seems
to do the same of my "Alt" key.

For exemple, if I edit a text file, if I do :
- AltGr+e, a menu is open instead of writing the euro symbol €.
- AltGr+0, nothing... instead of writing the arobase symbol @

First, I've tried xrdp v0.5 downloaded from SourceForge.
After reading this post
http://xrdp-devel.766250.n3.nabble.com/Xrdp-devel-Keyboard-not-working-
td4024671.html
http://xrdp-devel.766250.n3.nabble.com/Xrdp-devel-Keyboard-not-working-
td4024671.html
, I have installed the last Git version today.
But I have already the same problem...

So, I have tried to generate a new keyboard map file with the command :
"xrdp-genkeymap /etc/xrdp/km-040c.ini". With this new keymap file, my AltGr
key doesn't work at all...

I have read this link
http://xrdp.sourceforge.net/documents/keymap/newkeymap.html
http://xrdp.sourceforge.net/documents/keymap/newkeymap.html

So I suppose I have to change something in the keymap file?

Could anybody help me?
Thanks,

David
