If you want to send me your X configuration I can try to set it up and see if I
can get it working properly. I have not used OpenBox so I will need
scripts/packages you are installing, etc...

Subject: [Xrdp-devel] Using xrdp with openbox
Hi,
I have a raspberry-pi<http://www.raspberrypi.org/> that is currently running a
modified debian build<http://www.raspbian.org/>. I have install xrdp and can
successfully remote into my linux machine, however, when I do log in, lxde
loads up. This is the default installed DE for my current linux build. I would
much prefer openbox instead since the former is too resource intensive. I am
able to run openbox from 'startx', but not from xrdp.
I've tried modifying /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh by the following:
<http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=24602#>
#!/bin/sh
if [ -r /etc/default/locale ]; then
. /etc/default/locale
export LANG LANGUAGE
fi
#. /etc/X11/Xsession
/usr/bin/openbox-session
I commented out the last line and then added /usr/bin/openbox-session but that
does not work. When I try to log in, I'm met with the bare X server (X mouse
cursor and grey-dotted background, nothing else).
Does you know how to set up xrdp so that it will boot into openbox instead of
lxde?
Thanks!
Alfred
