Awesome, thanks Jay! I believe these build procedures work generically for a
lot of other OS'es, too.

I have a few questions:

1. Why the "enable-jpeg" -- What does that do?

2. I'm still hitting this bug without amending the header files in CentOS
5.8 PAE. I can amend the header file, but that "feels" wrong. If you have
any idea why this is happening, tips appreciated. It's not a blocking issue
for me, however, as I can just amend the header file and change it back
after the build is complete.
