The core part of xrdp is portable, and could be used for this. But as Marc said, FreeRDP server might be more suited for this use. xrdp is more geared for a large, multi user server, more like a traditional terminal server. You likely only want to do a one to one session. I know quite a bit about freerdp server too, the first thing you want to do is learn how you can get the area of the screen that has changed.
