I actually consider your sandbox the best example of what is possible
with xrdp.  Some the the idea you implemented are implemented and
matured.  I just got done with some pulse sink work, the monitor
concept you started worked but I think a pulse sink is better.  Almost
done now.  I didn't work much on the alsa stuff.  The dynamic virtual
channel is implemented in xrdp now.  Most of your ideas have evolved.

This is the one area of your work I did not look at much.  I just
looked at it more.  I think that pretty much looks good as it is.
I'll work on getting it in now unless someone wants to create a pull request.
