The issue was the Xsession file not found...

On CentOS/Red Hat, the file is located at /etc/X11/xinit/Xsession and not the 
default location put into the /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh file which is 
/etc/X11/Xsession.

I am back into my machine...updated my build and customization scripts for 
CentOS and I am a happy camper now.   =)

I believe the issue may have to do with the /etc/X11/Xsession.  Can someone 
take a look at the debug logs and let me know what you think?

I will work on it a little more tonight and see what I come up with but since
